The Shrimp is sourced from local shrimping families at their boat docks a few hours before your shrimp boil to choose the largest, freshest, wild-caught local shrimp available. Mister Gregory, "The Shrimp Boil King of New Orleans" grew up in the Gulf South shrimping and boiling and advocating for wild-caught Gulf Shrimp and the "eat it to save it" culinary approach. Please join us for live local music and a lovely dinner party, make some new friends and eat the very best shrimp in the world.

Incredible food and the best jazz we've heard all week. Got to go hurricanes next door and enjoyed our best night in NoLa!

We have been to New Orleans many times but have never done anything like this. What an experience! Chef Gregory is a talented chef who uses locally sourced ingredients to prepare authentic regional delicious food. He shares stories of the history of the area and the process of his food preparation. This is an amazing experience, you share the table and food with other guests (we met so many lovely people) We will definitely be doing this again next time we come to NOLA.
