We originally had reservations for the day prior, they cancelled them on me 55 minutes before the tour was supposed to begin. Then, we took the risk and re-booked for the next day. It was then, that when our van/guide arrived told us that we must be with another company (even though I verified the license plate like the confirmation said to) and we went and sat down and waited. Half an hour later, I began texting Viator, never got a response, but the same tour guide/van driver approached my husband and said that we were added to his group. (All of a sudden) So I know it wasn't the driver's fault, Jay was nervous as all could be, and you could tell was new(er). Anyway, I could only give this 2.5 stars, which rounds up to a 3. I wasn't impressed with the disorganization, last minute cancellation, etc.

Good morning, we appreciate all reviews because it helps us grow and become that much better. We apologize for the misunderstanding and if your reservation was overlooked. We have 50+ guest per day and there are times we accidentally miss a reservation, that slips through the cracks, but just like any business they’re mistakes that don’t define our work ethic and we make sure to get everything under control and move forward so you as our guest enjoy your tour with us. We thank you for expressing your concerns and your business. Best regards.

Such a fun tour! A great way to get to know Dallas, especially if you only have a day there. The summary of JFK was insightful and we enjoyed seeing the houses in highland park.
