The staff was very entertaining and the service was all around great. My mother enjoyed her Mother’s Day dinner.

I am sorry to say that the experience was not as good as I hoped for. It was my anniversary night with my girlfriend. I hoped for a beautiful night on a cruise dinner but turned out to be a mediocre one at best. I am truly not one to complain but the dinner service was terrible. We had a waitress who kept giving the wrong drink orders to us and multiple tables around us. Her terrible attitude and lack of care was really what created the difference of bad service(everyone has forgetful nights). At one point she randomly came to our table and reached across the table(without excusing her reach) to check our table number. Picked up the sign and through it back on the table and didn't say a word. No excuse me or do these drinks belong to you. Just walked on by. To say the least, it was very disappointing that the beautiful ship did not have proper/decent service to match it's eloquence.

We had a wonderful time and the crew was fantastic! The food was delicious and served promptly! The entire cruise was wonderful, thank you again!
