This was the most disgusting and traumatic experience. This dinner cruise that was not…boarded all the passenger, made us pay for appetizers and wait in a hot lower deck for over an hour before they decided to tell us that it was going to be a dockside dinner. The buffet that they put out was so nasty that I almost threw up trying to eat it. I am so very angry with about this. The manager who came to the table at our request tried to offer an alternate cruise date. We are only in the Baltimore area for the weekend, trying to explain that to her was like talking to the wall.

I booked for a 7pm dinner cruise. I got stuck in really bad traffic and missed the cruise by 10 minutes. I called and tried to see if I could go another day and was told no. This was after the entire trip was paid I full. Life happens and $200 was down the drain with nobody even caring.

This was the first time that my partner has done this cruise. She is disabled but the staff and crew were as accommodating as possible. She enjoyed the food and seeing her smile was everything.
