We appreciated the buffet and service, but were surprised not to have a narrated tour, nor were there any visits to historical sites, as was advertised by Viator. In addition, as Viator is a UK-based company, my bank charged a commission for a currency exchange, even though the payment was made in US dollars. I requested a refund from Viator, but they have refused. Overall, I am not very pleased with Viator. It was the first time we used them for our activities in Boston, and will most likely be our last.

There was no experience. There was no boat at the dock. The ticket office was closed. A total waste of time and money! Please help me with my efforts to be refunded. Thank you.

It was a perfect way to celebrate a first birthday! The staff was very helpful accomodating a 3 year old and the 1 year old birthday boy. Fun entertainment, the DJ was great! Yummy food! It will be remembered not so much by the kids but by the parents and grandparents! A wonderful family gathering!
