I called the company the morning of the cruise which started at 12pm to find out where to park. The woman on the phone (I think her name was Kim) told us to park at Boston Harbor Hotel which she said was a short walk to the cruise ship and that they would validate our parking ticket. We parked there, walked to the harbor behind the hotel, and found two cruise ships docked with “City Cruise” written on them. It was 11:30am which is the time she told us to arrive/board. People were getting off one of the ships, so we assumed that was the one we would board. We waited for everyone to get off the ship, and then we walked up to the ship and the staff person said that ship wasn’t leaving until 1:30pm and he didn’t know about a ship leaving at 12pm. We went to the other ship with “City Cruise” written on it, and nobody was there. We called the phone number on the ticket and when we selected the option to speak to someone, nobody answered. Then we looked again at the ticket for the address, and the meeting point written on the ticket was “South Boston Waterfront” without a specific address/details. When we looked that up on Google Maps and Waze, it showed us a large area, not a specific location, that was 8 minutes away by car from the Hotel where we were told to park. At that point it was 11:50am. We drove to “South Harbor Waterfront” and didn’t find any City Cruise ships or any indication of where the ship would be. So, we missed the cruise. I am requesting a refund and compensation for the parking fee which was $19.
