We have been on this cruise 2x before, but this time was a major disappointment. We were on the bottom deck, windows were filthy and couldn’t get to top deck because my friend couldn’t climb stairs. There was a private party on main deck, and they must have received all the good food. Only bright side was the staff was great!

I travel two hours and did not realize that my noon lunch cruise was canceled.But I was so grateful that Steve from Viator and Gianna from city cruise got me on the 7 pm dinner cruise and I had a great time. I was so pleased with everything
