Do to sever weather conditions and flooding we asked to cancel this reservation and was given the runaround will not ever use nor have I used the services but was changed and hasn’t been able to speak with anyone nor has anyone attempted to respond to any emails communication but received an email thanking us for booking this tour that never happened. Thanks for no service, communication, and charging for services never rendered do NO control of my own.

Scooter lacked functioning headlight - was pulled over by police. Other scooters rented ran poorly. Staff threatened to not refund deposit of $300 per rental should I continue to seek remediation for lost nighttime rental hours. Go elsewhere. Somewhere honest.

Amazing activity, defo one of the highlights of vegas for motorsports afficionados! Michael at the info point at the mgm grand did an amazing job in making sure i would get the best option for my needs and expectations. The colleagues at the actual office on pick up and drop off were fantastic! All really quick, no stress and smooth. Great thing to do in vegas! I chose the slingshot for 4hrs and that is enough to do a small trip outside of vegas. Next time day trip and gooo Only thing: careful to check out the pick up point. Maps sent me half a mile north of the actual location.
