We booked the trip and canceled the same day due to time restrictions. I was still charged.☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️!!! They took advantage of a single mom on a budget. I was attempting to get my children a little bit of joy during our stay in Florida while their grandfather was ill.

The waters were rough and extremely hard to paddle back to landing . Maybe a little more information from employee or even cancel the ride if there are white caps on the bay ! The group was mostly beginners! And with out direct number to kayak company it could have been bad ! Took all we could do to paddle back ! Wasn’t a nice ride at all !

We opted to paddle board so we could feel the water more. We had a great time and the staff was very friendly and helpful.
