Decided to do this tour with some friends and to celebrate my beer-afficionado boyfriend's birthday! It was a wonderful experience, made memorable by our awesome & knowledgable tour guide Emerson. If you're looking to try a wide variety of beers and learn more about the brewing process, I highly recommend this experience. The beer samples were quite generous, and the dinner that was included (in the After Hours tour) was delicious. We were given beer samples with our dinner and they paired so well. I learned so much about breweries and the tour surpassed all the high expectations I had. Thanks again Emerson!

Our tour guide, Emerson was awesome. Very knowledgeable. We tried four or so beers at each stop. Two breweries and two brew pubs. The 5 pm tour included dinner at the third stop. It was a food and beer paring. The food was great and it was interesting to learn about the paring strategy. It was a fun evening and a great way to learn about some new options in the area. I highly recommend this tour. We will probably do it again. They do different stops on different tours.

It is absolutely worth checking out City Brew Tours. We had the opportunity to visit four breweries, learn a bit about the history of beer and the brewing process, have a beer pairing dinner, and we met some really great people as well. Our group was fun, some local people, some people visiting Baltimore for the first time. Our guide, Emerson, made the whole experience more enjoyable, he is very knowledgeable about beer, and a lot of fun to be around.
