We will pick you up curbside in front of the Baltimore Visitor center. There is ample parking in the area.

Owners Judy, Steve, and Rob took their passion for brewing and turned it into a brick and mortar reality. Checkerspot sources the finest local ingredients for their beer.

We had a group of 7 take this new tour and had a great time. Visited 4 breweries of which one included lunch. Barry was a great and knowledgeable guide. I would highly recommend this, especially if you like beer.

City Brew Tours Baltimore is the best way to spend a night out in Baltimore, if you are a beer lover or not. Barry was our guide, and DD and was super knowledgeable- I don't think I could have come up with a question to stump him! We drank great beer, ate great food and had a great time. We got a real VIP experience at all of the stops, it was so cool going behind the scenes! Barry was able to find a beer for everyone, even those who came on the tour not liking beer previously! Even better, he taught us how certain flavors came about in each beer, through the brewing process, and was able to help us highlight what flavors we liked and didn't like so that in the future, we know what to order when beer tasting on our own. Definitely a must- local or tourist

This tour is fantastic! Barry, the guide, is incredibly knowledgeable about all aspects of beer and brewing. He was very patient and paid special attention to make sure each and every one of us had a good time and found the beers we'd like. He was also a great driver and made sure everyone had a fun, interesting and safe night. All of the breweries were great and I definitely found new spots that I will return to in the future. The food and atmosphere at Brew House 16 were both top-notch. This tour is well worth the money- you get a fun night out with plenty of high-end beers, farm-to-table food and don't have to worry about transportation. As a wine drinker, it was a great way to explore a variety of beers and the information we heard was genuinely interesting. We had a great group and I enjoyed getting to know new people over the course of the night. I had such a great time all around--I will definitely do this one again anytime I have out-of-town guests! I'd also love to try the DC version. Highly recommend!
