Very nice tour. Our guide was Darrell and he was very informative. We enjoyed seeing the bears and loved the salmon spawning in the creek. I would definitely recommend this tour. It was also easy to find when we got off the cruise ship and took the shuttle into town.

Tour guide was real nice and informative, Van was very comfy and convenient. Here comes the but, the value that you get for $90 a person with no kids discount is lackluster. The 1st stop bear fortress is a non-profit that charges only $15/person entry for adults and free for kids under $7 and $10 bus shuttle will get anyone there rnd trip. Totem pole park turned out to be a public park 0.7 miles or precisely 10 minute walk from the pickup point. Since the tour guide only did a short stroll with the group that lasted perhaps 1/4 way through it, we had to walk back to totem park by ourselves from pickup point again after the tour ended to do the loop trail again. I suggest that the company figure out a way to add more scenic hikes or closer view of the salmon runs etc into the tour to provide more value for this package.
