These pros know how to make the experience a lot of fun for all who are there, so much so that it's easy to lose track of time as the evening rolls along, and you're happy that it does so!

Girls weekend with dueling pianos brunch. Win! It was the right mix of serious and silly, virtuoso and clown, good drinks and yummy food, classic songs and unusual songs. And we canā€™t wait to do it again. Thanks guys!

I donā€™t know if it was the horrible service, or inappropriate jokes, but this was a big upset and waste of money. I was looking forward to this event and showed up right on time. At first I felt bad for the waiter because she was working the whole thing alone, so when it took 20 minutes to get the menu I didnā€™t mind. But after getting an incorrect order and not getting our drinks for about an hour I started feeling different. Eventually she had help but neither of them every came to our table to see how things were going, which the steak and eggs was not worth the money at all. I tried to get their attention multiple time to ask if our drink were coming but I couldnā€™t get either of them to even look at me or my wife and neither ever came to check. Eventually one of the guys on piano was clapping to a song and saw I wasnā€™t playing along so he came and clapped right in my face and I told him I wasnā€™t clapping until I get a drink in me. Thatā€™s what it took to get the attention of the staff I guess. The music was ok for what songs they got, but I also donā€™t like the way itā€™s run. Maybe this is how they all do it but you pretty much have to pay for a song but they call it tipping. Which tipping in itself is ok, we expected to tip them anyway. My main problem is if someone doesnā€™t like the song you ā€œtippedā€ for they can ā€œtipā€ just a dollar more then you to skip the song. Which is fun and all but what about the song you ā€œtippedā€ for, why canā€™t you get to pick a new song without having to ā€œtipā€ again? They play songs based on how much you pay them to play it, so the more you pay the faster they get to it and I donā€™t know if they will even play anything if you donā€™t pay them every time. Which is crazy because you pay to be at the restaurant, and have a minimum of what you have to buy and everything is extremely over priced, and they expect you to tip every song. With all the money you spend you would expect excellent service and that was not what we got unfortunately.

Hi - we apologize for the length of time it took to get your food out - the show was sold out, and the kitchen did get behind on some of the food. As to the show itself - in any piano bar, anywhere, providing some love to the piano player is ALWAYS how a request gets played. It's not a tip. It's how they make their living, and is also listed as part of the Viator event breakdown for what to expect. For dueling pianos shows, like this one, the audience determines what songs get played and what does not - that's the DUELING of the show you came to see. It's not crazy - it's the show you picked. As you saw yourself, the entire room was requesting songs, throughout the day, and every song is accompanied by something for the performers. Just like every drink, and every burger, and every dessert. There is a ticket price, and the meal, and the option to request songs. Hope this helps. Thanks again for coming!
