Horrible experience. The guy running it was extremely rude and nasty to the audience and made the entire experience extremely uncomfortable. I was so excited as this is something I’ve wanted to do for a while and literally couldn’t even enjoy it cause I was so angry the whole time about how this man spoke to the audience. Couldn’t believe the attitude he was giving. If your audience has never been to a dueling piano show before, try explaining how it works in the beginning instead of yelling and laughing in peoples faces when they don’t give you enough money. Will literally never do go to a dueling piano show again because of how horrible this experience was.

When you buy the ticket, no one tells you that you must spend a minimum of 25d per person if you want to recover your credit card. The treatment from the unpleasant manager, very rude. The incredible show.

You referred to the two-item minimum, which is not only clearly listed on our website, our tickets AND on the receipt but it’s a staple at ANY live music venue It’s how live music venues stay in business $25 per person is barely two items. We’re sorry if you missed this information but it would be true at any nyc venue.
