Thieves! I booked this experience before leaving for our trip. When I got to Gettysburg no one had any idea where this place was and it’s only open 10-3! We never found it. They took my money.

I am sorry to hear you were unable to locate the museum. We have been a staple in Gettysburg for 10 years. We are located in the heart of Gettysburg. We are happy to work with you, and refund you for your tickets. Please reach out to us so we can better understand the information that is missing from the listing so we can improve it for future visitors, and if need be, reach out to TripAdvisor to correct invalid information. My understanding is that the address for every attraction is on the listing, but if not, we need that fixed immediately. Thank you! Stephanie

I booked this activity after reading about in on tripadvisor. According to the listing it was available seven days a week. My reservation was for a Tuesday. Upon arrival the sign on the front door listing the hours said closed on Tuesday. Needless to say we were very disappointed. We could not go any other day as we were leaving. Next time I will call before booking. As a follow up we were able to get a full refund. Make sure to call the museum before booking.

I am sorry for the inconvenience this has caused you. We are limited on staffing this fall. We have since updated Viator and found away to block Tuesdays and Wednesdays from being booked in the future.
