Knott's Berry Farm
At Knott's Berry Farm, visitors will discover four uniquely themed areas each presenting a taste of the Southern California experience. "Old West Ghost Town" is a trip into the past with gun-slinging bandits duking it out in the legendary Wild West Stunt Show. The vibe of the Southern California surf scene washes over "The Boardwalk", while "Fiesta Village" pays homage to Spanish California. For the younger visitors, "Camp Snoopy" is home to the PEANUTS Gang and offers 20 kid-approved rides and hands-on adventures. With so much to do and see, Knott's Berry Farm Resort remains a popular vacation destination that no other can match! Please Note: Knott's Berry Farm is cashless. Loved the roller coasters. No lines! Ghost town was ok. But , 2 of the major coasters were closed. So for $60+ for 8 people, one that can't ride anything and one 5 years old was alot of money. The kids were done on rides and ready to go home in 3 hours. Water park would have been nice, but not for another $40. Seawold is definitely the best option . But we've been there 3 times in 5 years. Disney land was out of the question at over $200 per person or 1600.00 plus food and parking. I'll just hang at beach.

First time to the park and we will never give them a penny again. The service was horrible, all of the employees seemed disgruntled and purposely going as slow as possible. We waited over 3 hours for ghost rider, then spent the next 3 hours in line for the log ride. Those were the only rides we were able to experience before the park closed early for a special event. Go somewhere else.

I visited Knott's Berry Farm after not having been there in over 30 years. I knew it wouldn't be the same place after that much time, but what I wasn't ready for was just how rundown the place would look...especially during it's 100th Anniversary celebration. The rides were obviously not refurbished and there were horrible wear spots on various rides and what appeared to be rust spots on the roller coaster supports. What was the worst part of the experience was that one would have to wait no less than 45 min to an hour in food service lines. I even had to leave the park in order to have lunch because the wait would have been well over an hour just for a quick service meal. I did wait over an hour in one line just to get a refill on the souvenir soda cup I purchased (another big mistake) and what I saw infuriated me. There were 5 people in the food service location and only 1 was doing anything at a time. They also had only one register open. There were enough people in that location to have had 2 registers open and move the line along faster. Actually, I just read what review 703deenap wrote and that person hit the mark dead-on though we did not buy the "skip-the-line" passes. I feel like Covid will be blamed for what's going on in the park, but I feel the real culprit lies within upper-level management. Maybe they should do some housecleaning. Even with management changes, I doubt they'll ever get any of my money again.
