The chaperone must present a valid photo ID with date of birth. Additionally, one chaperone may accompany up to four guests ages 17 or younger per day. Chaperones must accompany their party during entry, remain with their party at all times during their visit to the park, and be available by phone throughout their stay. Guests ages 17 years old or younger who are found inside the park unaccompanied by a chaperone will be subject to ejection. This chaperone requirement applies to all Knott’s Berry Farm and Knott’s Soak City Waterpark ticket and season passholders. Additional days requiring chaperones may be added at the discretion of Knott’s Berry Farm.

At Knott's Berry Farm, visitors will discover four uniquely themed areas each presenting a taste of the Southern California experience. "Old West Ghost Town" is a trip into the past with gun-slinging bandits duking it out in the legendary Wild West Stunt Show. The vibe of the Southern California surf scene washes over "The Boardwalk", while "Fiesta Village" pays homage to Spanish California. For the younger visitors, "Camp Snoopy" is home to the PEANUTS Gang and offers 20 kid-approved rides and hands-on adventures. As we are stuck in our homes, reflecting upon good times... Going to KNOTTS BERRY FARM for our Christmas/New Year reunion 2020 stands out as a ‘We’re so happy we did that!’ before this COVID 19 pandemic. KNOTTS was decorated beautifully with a lovely, bright, sparkling Christmas ambiance. It was so wonderful taking, perfect pics with holiday lightening. Going to Knotts Berry Farm, as a family reunion was a winner for pleasing our teens and our kids ranging from ages 6 - 86. Ten of us made it to this special family reunion. Now we talk about it, commenting what a blessing to have gone, BEFORE - ALL OF THIS. You bet we’re going back again, as soon as it is safety possible. Knotts Berry Farm. A big hit for kids of ALL ages. It’s a blessing we got to go.

Went here on a company team building exercise and was pleasantly surprised that the lines for the rides weren't longer, especially on a Friday. Roller coasters were good. However, Customer Service could be improved. Lost my cap on a ride and it was in plain sight, outside the envelope of the ride and easily accessible. Said I could not retrieve and would have to see Guest Services. Guest Services said I needed to go to Lost and Found or Security. They said to try the ride operators again. Runaround and a waste of time. Wound up putting in a report online and clearly indicated where the cap was located. One week later got a response that it couldn't be found. Ridiculous. Granted it was my fault for not securing the cap but maybe they should maintain a telescoping pole for retrieval purposes, and definitely upgrade their customer service quality of interactions.
