Visited in August 2020. Only the outdoors areas are open but it is still way too crowded. People stand next to each other surrounding shark tank areas, sit close to watch seals, etc. As you can imagine, kids are running all over just being kids. Not sure what kind of glitch was happening but at the time of our arrival the line to enter stretched across to the parking lot with dozens of people standing very close to each other. No marks on the ground for distancing either. It seems no one cared about social distancing. Employees were ok with that apparently. Few of them couldn’t explain to me where to validate a parking ticket. At least one pointed me over to a lady who knew what to do. Overall it was not orderly arranged, take your chances if you’d like.

Was pleasantly surprised. My grandson absolutely loved the Aquarium. There are two floors of different kinds of sea life. Due to the Covid we were not able to do the petting of the stingrays though. I was surprised about the huge stingray on exhibit as I have never seen a stingray that huge. The only issue that I had was the parking ticket boxes inside the building itself. When I went to try to pay for the parking it never gave me any kind of confirmation that it accepted my parking ticket, so I asked one of the staff membrs where they checked it and said it was ok, but when we were at exit of the parking garage, when I went to put in the ticket in it asked for payment, so the aquarium needs to look into this, as it was incovenient for us. The aquarium needs to get a bigger space for not only it's ocotpus but also for the sea lions as they looked sad. The gift shop had some cool items so I bought my grandson some cool things, but the items are a bit overpriced. All-in-all we did enjoy seeing all the different types of sea creatures.
