Aquarium of the Pacific

When you arrive at the Aquarium of the Pacific in Long Beach, about 25 miles (40 km) south of Los Angeles, go straight to the gate with your general admission ticket. Pick up your guide book, and start exploring! Your general admission gives you access to all of the aquarium’s galleries and exhibits, which focus on the creatures and environment of the Pacific Ocean. Discover sunny Southern California and Baja, the frigid waters of the Northern Pacific, and the colorful reefs of the Tropical Pacific. Really convenient and best place to check when looking things to do while you travel. The aquarium’s site was sold out and I was so disappointed but thankfully I kept searching and trip advisor came to the rescue! Booking and paying was quick, simple, the tickets were downloaded to my phone, and I walked scanned them all with in the 15 min.

Loved being able to book reservation online to skip the line outside. Would recommend booking the latest 1:30pm to be able to do/look at everything. I noticed by 4pm it was starting to get crowded even for the capacity limit but by then we were heading out. We had a great time.
