We had an awesome time on our kayaking excursion with Veteran Kayaks! Brett, our guide, was great! He sent confirmation text with details the day before. He gave us (small group of 10 that day) tutorial with instructions on paddling techniques and how to get in/out of kayaks. Didn’t feel rushed to keep up, had a good pace and took several stops along the way with short hike with historical information and time for quick swim to cool off. Snacks and water were provided. Cave was very cool but small. It was a bit windy and challenging on the return trip but we were able to get back with just our minimal experience. Glad we left early (9am) to avoid heat and also midday wind. Brett took several pictures for our group and we really appreciated his patience and good humor. Brett was great and we would definitely recommend this trip to anyone!

Our family had a great time kayaking with Edgar! Brett was fantastic when we booked our tour. We had a medical issue with a family member on the day of the tour and Brett was helpful in accommodating a reschedule for him, even though that allowance was not expected. Edgar was a wealth of local knowledge and excessively patient on the river. Thanks to them both!
