The tour guides was extremely efficient. Friendly & helpful. He goes extra to make sure everyone's having a good times and more. I would recommend this company over and over again and will personally book with them for futures trips

Would still recommend! Edgar was our tour guide. Weather was perfect, water was a little nippy but still had a great time after a bit of miscommunication at the beginning. All worked out! Happy over all.

Dear ishiakeyra Serrano. There was no miscommunication. You wanted to add extra person on the tour that had their own paddleboard not a Kayak. I told you that I don’t normally do that but I would cut you a deal and allow it for HALF the normal price but you would have to pay me in advance. I explained still have to pay for staff and you still get a guided tour so they can’t just tag along for free. I said I would need payment in advance wether in cash or electronic payment before James took the tour. You didn’t pay and you just showed up on the beach assuming that they could just jump on the tour without paying for your service. That’s not how it works. My Guide was instructed to take payment before you went on the tour nothing more and was simply was following my instructions and rightly so. I’m sorry that you had to go to an ATM and pay for your service. To be honest I think it’s pretty ungrateful leaving a review like that when I gave you 50% off the price of a tour. Brett. Owner.

Our family couldn’t stop talking about how wonderful this was! Highly recommend-even for those like me with little to no experience! Our guide was Edgar who was so knowledgeable & informative! Excellent way to spend your morning!
