Edgar was awesome. He was very patient and friendly, going through AZ history and was very helpful with taking photos and helping us on and off the kayaks for rest areas. He also had an incredible eye for pointing out wildlife and educating us on the animals. This trip was so much more fun than I anticipated. Would totally do this again, and was the highlight of our trip in Vegas.

I had a great time and I would come back again. My only suggestion is maybe the instructor be more enthusiastic…I understand it is very routine for him but at least try to be more engaged and excited about the excursion as some the customers may be scared and have never done it before. He was nice once talking to him but his energy wasn’t there.

Ma’am whilst I appreciate your opinion I have to disagree with you wholeheartedly as does everybody else that is left a 5 star rating regarding Edgar. Edgar is one of the most experienced guides on the river and has nothing but positive reviews for his enthusiasm and instruction of beginners and local knowledge having been born and raised locally. He is one of the most professional and experienced guides on the River. I am sorry that your friend during the launch refused at the last minute to go on the tour and accompany you. Really good day out and our guide Edgar was excellent, we had to hire a car to get there but we just turned that into a mini adventure on the way home
