Great tour. Terrible experience with TripAdvisor and it’s partner Viator. Viator handled the local communications, and directions to pickup spot were poor, no street address, misleading business name. When I asked for clarification, got a rude text message in return. Neither Viator, nor TripAdvisor, have a way to comment on their service. Wonderfully hypocritical of them. They let us comment on everyone else, but you can’t talk to a person or send an email to customer service.

Family of 6 with teens. It was an awesome experience to see Yosemite in one day! Snowshoe John was excellent guide! He was knowledgeable and our our family loved it! We did a small hike to see the Sequoia trees. Saw Yosemite Valley waterfalls and so much more! If you are in the Tahoe area but want to see Yosemite it is a must for your vacation!
