i cancelled my booking earlier than the required time but you till charge the $500 to my account. i was not able to go for some health reason and i hope you will refund the charges thank you so much

Snowshoe John was our tour guide. He took great care of us and explained everything. The park is beautiful. My only complaint is that there was a man from Kansas on our trip who was coughing the entire day. He sat immediately behind us. Now my wife and I are both sick. In today’s environment people who are sick should wear masks or stay home.
