Kelly had a lot of good history knowledge which was nice. He also was strongly advertising for businesses and restaurants. Which got a little annoying at times. But if you have the time not a bad tour to take.

Hello and thank you for your review! Yes we do talk about downtown businesses during the tour as well as the history and revitalization all along the way. We are asked regularly for our recommendations on good places to eat, drink, gamble, bargains etc. so we speckle these mentions throughout the tour, we hope as a 'value-add' to your tour. Your guide did ask that you NOT mention the tour or his name at any of the referenced businesses to impress we do not receive any compensation. These references are simply offered as personal recommendations to help you enjoy your time in downtown Las Vegas following your tour. As your tour took you through the entire original city of Las Vegas discussing the history along the way, the final 2-blocks of your 7-block walk talked about the incredible revitalization of a once neglected area. We feel the best way to impress the change that has taken place is by highlighting all the new businesses and 'life' that is now flowing into and through the area despite the challenges posed by Covid-19. We do our best to ensure everyone who joins us thoroughly enjoys their tour but understand it is not always possible. We're glad you appreciated our knowledge of history and that you would even recommend others take the tour despite your 3-Star rating. As this is just our third 3-Star review in 6 1/2 years of operation we trust we are on the right track but still wish to apologize that we did not meet your expectation and thank you for taking the time to learn about downtown Las Vegas with us.
