Kristi was amazing. Anyone that gets her as their guide is in for a treat. History lesson meets culinary experience + cocktail extraordinaire. Even tailored to my “no meat” request. I want to find this experience in every city!!!!

Suzy did a great job of introducing us to good restaurants. She also told us a lot about New Orleans. We started with alligator sausage (which is way better than it sounds!) We had gumbo, jambalaya, oysters, macarons, daquiri's, hurricanes, Pimm's cup, it was all good. I highly recommend this tour, especially if you want sample a little bit of everything so you know where to go for the rest of your vacation.

Great time with our guide, Laurant! Great food, great history lesson. Laurant was great about giving each of us individual attention. He helped me learn about which cookbooks to look for and gave me great tips on cooking since he was a chef in NOLA for many years!! Wealth of information!! Would definitely do this tour again next time we visit.
