My best friend & I took the 10:30am tour w/ a guide named Susan. She was very knowledgeable and had great tips for the FQ. She was cognizant of our surroundings & waited until noisy trucks & an ambulance passed to speak. She spoke to the history of the city & how it played into the food scene. The stops were frequent enough that my 5 month pregnant self had plenty of opportunities to use the restroom & rest. There was enough time at the Farmers Market stop to allow for a little browsing & shopping. I very much enjoyed getting off of Bourbon Strret & exploring more that the FQ has to offer. Getting to try different foods of varying varieties was a great way to experience the flavors NOā€™s has to offer. So very glad we did this!

Suzy our guide was fantastic! We were joined by one other couple for this intimate walk through the French Quarter sprinkled with New Orleans cultural and culinary history, including a ghost story at one of the stops. We were full by the end of this tour after sampling some amazing bites including, alligator, grilled oysters, pork rinds with curry and cane syrup, jambalaya, a lime daiquiri, and a hurricane to mention a few of the offerings on this tour. This was the perfect way to begin exploring this gem of an American city!

If you want a sampling of delicious "New Orleans" cuisine accompanied by tasty beverages and all explained by a french chef, this tour is for you. Laurent our tour guide was amazing. In this 3 hour walking tour of the French Quarter we sampled food at 5 different restaurants. I use "sample" loosely as the portions were quite substantial. Laurent discussed the history of the food we sampled. The tour culminated with a sweet treat. This tour is well worth the money and easily served as our dinner that evening.. Merci beaucoup, Laurent!
