Our Small Group Grand Canyon tour with our guide - Jason- was AWESOME !! We traveled to Sunset Crater first to the lava field and crater created by the eruption of a volcano about 1000 yrs. ago . It was educational and beautiful . Then on to the Grand Canyon ! Words cannot describe the beauty and splendor of this masterpiece created by nature ! It was a long day , but Jasonā€™s knowledge of the area and actual experiences he shared with us was so interesting and entertaining . I highly recommend this tour who wants to experience the awe inspiring beauty of our great country .

Mike was an excellent driver and tour guide. We found the vehicle very uncomfortable and the seats were soiled. The air conditioning was inadequate. Considering that the tour lasted 12 hours, we did not feel that we spent adequate time at the Grand Canyon which was our main reason for booking this tour. We did four stops but we wouldā€™ve liked to have seen the village and to have spent more time there. I was very uncomfortable since there was no request for masks for unvaccinated people. I did not know who else was on the Closed in bus with us and I was sorry I had booked this tour.

We are happy that you enjoyed your experience with our guide. We offer a minimum of four stops plus a trip to the village and are addressing tour flow with this guide so that he might provide an improved itinerary to future guests. Our administrative team informs all guests prior to tour of our COVID policy which has been in place since last year. Additionally, all members of our team have been informed of our policy which is posted and readily available. We also provide extra masks for each tour so that all guests can be safe during the course of the tour. Your guide has been pulled from the schedule for re-training. This is not the tour experience we are known to provide and it is our sincere hope that should you travel to Arizona in the future you will allow us to demonstrate the quality of tour that we have been providing for many years to thousands of travelers.

COVID protocols poor. Driver/guide reluctantly wore mask upon request and half- heartedly requested others do the same. Not what I was assured beforehand. The tour itself was average. The guide was quite knowledgeable but talked incessantly without accurately reading the needs of his audience. All in all, not worth it and do not recommend.

Dear Valued Guest, We appreciate you taking the time to bring these issues to our attention. We have company COVID policies in place that we have provided to all vendors and employees-to include guides; this is the reason our admin team addresses this with our guests prior to the tour. Your guide's reluctant compliance has been addressed with him directly and he has been pulled from the schedule for COVID policy review. This is not the tour we are known to provide. This particular tour is in fact in the top 10% of all activities booked worldwide with this vendor. I would hope that you would give us the opportunity in some future to show you the high caliber experience we routinely deliver to our guests.
