We had been debating whether to visit the grand canyon on our own or use a tour. In the end we chose this tour and we are so happy that we did. Our guide, Sheldon, was great. We also really enjoyed our tour mates. The volcanic fields were fascinating, the Pueblo ruins interesting, Sheldon made sure that we ate lunch away from the crowds in a beautiful garden area and then we got to the Grand Canyon. Words can't describe the vistas that we saw. Sheldon guided us to all of the best viewing areas, allowed us to explore on our own, and made sure that we were seeing everything we had hoped to see. In the end we vowed to return and when we do we know who we will call. Can't recommend it enough.

Jason was a great tour guide, very knowledgeable and accommodating. Great itinerary and we were able to work our way around the crowds.

Our guide (J.R.), made this all-day trip to the Grand Canyon a great adventure. J.R. was very knowledgeable about each of the places we visited and in between visits he regaled us with interesting, humorous stories from his past experiences as a driver (among many thingsšŸ˜). We visited Sunset Crater and the Wapatki ruins on the way to the Grand Canyon. Both were excellent stops. We stopped at Cameron Trading Center for lunch (included in the price). I was sort of expecting a couple of tacos and a water, but we had a variety of options of full meals. We had about 30 more minutes for shopping and were then off to the Grand Canyon. What a fantastic experience! All of the stops were interesting and entertaining, but there was really something special about visiting the Grand Canyon for the first time! I highly recommend this small group tour--especially if you get J.R. as the guide!
