My husband and I took a last minute trip to Arizona when we had to reschedule our original vacation due to impending doom via hurricane dorian... We stayed a night in Sedona and we were picked up by Charlie our tour guide at the Dessert Quail. Being that this was our first trip to the Grand Canyon we wanted to take a tour with multiple stops to get in as much as we could in the little time we had. Charlie was an amazing tour guide! He was extremely knowledgeable about each stop and provided all kinds of facts about the surrounding area as we took the scenic route to our destinations. Not only was he knowledgeable but also very accommodating, friendly, and very witty! The tour was filled with laughter and good company. -Donna

Our guide , Rick Lee was exceptional, we learned a great deal at each of our stops and along the way. We were picked up on time at our hotel in Sedona in a very comfortable van and took an amazing scenic ride on 89A to Flagstaff - breathtaking and we never would have thought to do that on our own. We picked up 5 more folks in Flagstaff and headed to the Sunset Crater. Had an opportunity to walk a short path on the volcanic ash and lava flow. On to the Wupatki Pueblo and another opportunity to walk about. Then to lunch at Cameron trading post where most people had a Navajo Taco on fry bread-awesome. The route we took into the canyon was not as crowded as the main entrance. We stopped at several super views and ended at the Main entrance (more crowded) and saw 40 or more elk along the route. Rick provided a lot of information and history throughout the day. Each stop was about right - time to observe and take photos but the pace kept us all moving along. Rick knowledgeably answered hundreds of questions throughout the day. Take the tour and ask for Rick as your guide ā€”-you will have a great day and learn a lot.

This trip was A+. Our guide Tim, was knowledgeable, friendly, and safe. He gave extra time when needed and explained things like it was his first tour. You felt his excitement right along with ours when seeing the Grand Canyon for our very first time. A magical day.
