Mark was one of the best tour guides we have ever had! He was a wealth of knowledge and very experienced. We really enjoyed the whole trip! The highlights were the stop at Cameron Trading Post and of course Grand Canyon National Park. We highly recommend this trip! We loved Mark so much and we will make sure we do another trip with him when we are back in Sedona.

We had a lovely group of 10. Just the right size. Kevin kept us moving and took special care for my handicapped mother and remembered all of our names and kept everyone involved and intrigued and in stitches. We saw everything as advertised and learned more than we ever dreamed. We had some foreign tourists in our group and Kevin was able to converse with them in their own language which made some of the translations and discussions easier for them. Kevin made the tour!!! He was very knowledgeable and never made our day feel rushed. We saw soooooo much of the canyon and surrounding areas. The lava flows were awesome as was the indian ruins.

This full day tour from Sedona was the highlight of our week-long trip. The scenery alone is awe-inspiring, particularly when you do not have to drive yourself and have the luxury of focusing on every detail. The true reason that this tour was one of the best we have taken anywhere in the world was our guide, Brian, a Navajo and an ambassador for his culture. Brianā€™s depth and breadth of knowledge of geology, ecology, Native American tribes, traditions, and beliefs is astounding and his ability to deliver it all with humor and enthusiasm is unprecedented in our experience. From ancient lava flows to the beauty of Oak Creek Canyon, from the ruins of the ancient trading center at Wupatki to lunch at the present day Navajo reservation we were continuously entertained and enlightened as we began to understand and appreciate the beauty and importance of what we were seeing. The crowning jewel of the day, the Grand Canyon, was particularly special because we were able to see it from the east as well as the south - every viewpoint gave us a new perspective. We were even treated to the sight of two male elk fighting over a (bored!) female as we drove along the south rim road. Brian played a CD of Native American flautist Carlos Nakai for part of the long ride home - a perfect ending to a perfect day. Donā€™t miss this tour - and be sure to request Brian.
