Our most diverse Grand Canyon tour, blends remarkable ruins, dramatic lava fields, majestic volcanoes and the magnificent Grand Canyon. Guests will appreciate riding in a comfortable touring van, usually with a group size of no more than 10 guests total. In the morning you will experience Wupatki and Sunset Crater Volcano National Monuments. After lunch on the Navajo Nation, get amazing views from the East and South Rims of the Grand Canyon and still have time and flexibility to explore in the afternoon.

Although the weather was not cooperative, we had a wonderful experience, primarily because of our witty, informative tour guide, Chris. The clouds opened up at the Grand View location, and the vistas were Awesome! Sunshine, mixed with shadows gave remarkable color saturation throughout the canyon. Chris' presentations on the Indian culture, flora, fauna, and legends of Northern Arizona were interesting, informative, and often touched with appropriate humor. Snowflakes and rainbows inside the canyon provided unexpected, delightful surprises. A memorable experience that we will never forget.

I felt I hit the jackpot with our tour guide! His passion, knowledge and enthusiasm was amazing. The sites of course were spectacular, but the extra information our tour guide provided was the frosting on the cake. He deserves a raise, promotion, whatever!

First of all, the positives. Enjoyed the view up Oak Creek Canyon. Glad I was not driving. We then hopped on the train in Williams for the last leg which was awesome. We did first class. Unfortunately our stop at the village only gave us an hour to explore and not enough time to eat. I recommend bring a picnic OR opt for train ride only up and back later or next day. That would be fun. Our host Mark who was good then took us to several look out points and with some clouds the colors were spectacular. Then to Cameron. Wait to shop here best selection best prices. The bad. Our bus was old with short seats. The kind you take from the long term parking lot to the airport. Too small and very uncomfortable for such a long trip. I am paying for it today.
