As an experienced traveler, I have often eschewed tours in favor of following my own itinerary. This time, I knew I had one day at the Grand Canyon and opted to join a small group tour by Grand Canyon Adventures. It is one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. Jeanelle, our guide, was both informative and personable. She gave great information and welcomed questions. The tour format of visiting about a half-dozen sites along the south rim allowed me to see what I wanted. The van was comfortable and roomy. The lunch they provided was much better than expected. We had an absolute wonderful day trip to the Grand Canyon. Our guide Matt was top notch, and if you are fortunate enough to get him, you will not be unsatisfied. I would highly recommend Grand Canyon Adventures to anyone who is looking for a great day trip.
