What can I say that hasn't been said again and again: GCA is an amazing outfit with a deep love and joy for their work which is seldom seen these days. I had booked a multi-day trip with GCA prior to Covid in 2020. With the trip and all travel cancelled, I was finally able to travel to AZ in April 21. There were two couples on the tour with me (I was travelling solo). Every step of the way, our tour leader Matt explained everything we saw and passed by. His deep, broad knowledge, professionalism and love of the area was apparent in everything he said and did. The ride out to the canyon is, yes, long, but so what? With every mile, Matt kept us informed and entertained. I should add, Matt and GCA were super-compliant with all safety matters. I can't wait to return to Flagstaff for, hopefully, the 4-day trip in the fall.
