A great way to be introduced to the canyon. A whole day of great views with a very informative guide. He bypassed all unnecessary tourist chaos and let us sit back and enjoy the sights from flagstaff to the Canyon. We are so glad we got to do this tour!

We took a last minute guided tour of Grand Canyon South Rim with Grand Canyon Adventures company. We had a wide age range in our group for the day (16-80 yo😊), and we all enjoyed the trip equally. Chad, our very knowledgeable tour guide, had a wealth of history and geological details to share with us along the way, which certainly enhanced the value of the day ( compared to us just driving up there and walking the rim trail!). Thank you, Chad! The tour had not only magnificent views, but also some safe adrenaline surge as we walked to spots that, to be honest, we would have otherwise not looked at! Great spots for those picture perfect ‘I did this’ kind of moments, and gentle encounters with elk trolling through the trees near the trail. Just..perfect for our group! The tour included lunch and plenty of snacks and hydrating soft drinks to keep you well hydrated and with good energy levels for the entire day! Advise: wear comfortable shoes, and layer your clothing! As the tour starts in the morning, the temps are in low to mid 50s. By the afternoon, we had lots of sunshine and hit the mid 70s! Take your adventure spirit with you, trust Chad and have fun!

We are so glad we chose this company for our first visit to the Grand Canyon. The company itself is organized and easy to book with. Our guide, John, was friendly and helpful throughout the long day. He set up a telescope for us which was an unexpected bonus. He was knowledgeable and well prepared. I will definitely use this company again for their other tours.
