Unfortunately this Company cancelled our tour due to Transportation issues. However we were rebooked few days later which meant we had to change the rest of our days in Las Vegas around to accommodate this change. The mini bus was clean tidy and comfy. The driver picked us up on time from our Hotel at 7am. The driver, Jorge, was friendly and had extensive knowledge of Las Vegas and the Tour. There was a light breakfast snack. A freshly made sandwich was given to us after the Hover Dam Stop on the way to the Canyon. This is actually very good so you can have more time at the Canyon. We had approximately 4 hours at the Canyon. We visited the skywalk (optional) first and then Guano Point. Finally the Hualapai Ranch were we just had enough time to do the Zip line. We sent about 45 minutes at each places. A little longer at the Ranch. There is a bus service between the three points. We returned back to the Strip at 6pm.

I called to confirm the day before. They set me an email at 11pm stating our driver was Mitch, will pick us up in front of the hotel at 7am in a Mercedes Sprinter. Got the family up early and waited in front of the hotel. Waited and Waited, called and they said they sent an email at 1am canceling. No explanation, no substitution. Terrible customer service. Waited a week for refund. I called them and they said they would not process the refund until they heard from me. They canceled not me, they should have processed the the refund the moment they canceled. Horrible experience.

I booked a luxury small group tour to Grand Canyon from Las Vegas. Viator sent me an email the morning before trip to state that the small group tour was cancelled due to maintenance. They offered me 2 seats in front of a big luxury bus. I accepted since I didnā€™t want to miss the experience. When we arrived at Grand Canyon West the tour was divided in three groups. One for tour and skywalk, one for tour and helicopter and the other was a walking tour which was us. The walking tour was told to wait till the helicopter tour was situated. This took a half hour. We were outside freezing. It was about 53 degrees with high winds. Then once that was completed we went on a shuttle and got off and were told we had to wait for the people attending the skywalk. That took another half hour. Again, we were freezing standing around waiting. The grand Canyon West is beautiful, I just wish the tour was run more efficiently.
