We booked a 6pm tour. As we were walking to the departure location we got a call asking if we could do the 8pm tour instead. We could not as we had dinner reservations later. We were told, “Well you’re the only 2 people that booked. The 6pm tour is usually people with kids.” Really? I’m sorry I don’t have children with me and my scheduling a tour you offered was inconvenient for you??? Seriously. Would never book anything through this company again if this is who they support. Ridiculous.

They cancelled on me an hour before I was scheduled for my tour. It has been 10 business days and still waiting for my refund. No one answers the phone. Very unprofessional

He kept the pace, moving quickly, and he kept the tone in a sort of ominous voice. Switch was good, the tour ended quicker than I thought it would, I ran for 55 minutes. I enjoyed the tour, however. Ended up going, and having a few drinks with some of my cohorts, who are on the tour…
