After lunch, head to Santa Monica beach - the west coast end of Route 66 on the Pacific Ocean.

The eccentric and eclectic Venice Beach - stroll the markets, take in the sights at Muscle Beach, visit the famous skate board park and wander along the Boardwalk.

Marina del Rey Harbor

I was very nervous about driving around LA but my daughter REALLY wanted to see the place. We decided on a bus tour. It was wonderful! The bus tour took all the stress of visiting LA away. We saw so many sights~ the Hollywood sign, celebrity starts, the Chinese Theater, Beverly Hills, and so much more. Definity worth the money!

If you only have one day to see LA and Hollywood I would recommend this tour. All the main attractions are covered. Hotel pick up and drop off is included. The stops are of ok duration but would’ve liked more time, if the tour was maybe 2 hours longer then it wouldn’t of felt so rushed. Our driver Serge was helpful but I didn’t particularly like his driving, very fast and jerky. We zipped so fast past the points of interest it was hard to get a good look. If you want a decent look at Beverly Hills and Rodeo Drive this tour doesn’t provide it, I understand time was limited but maybe driving slower past important landmarks might help as if you blink you miss it. The stop at Hollywood was just enough for a quick walk down the Walk of Fame and view the sign from a distance, there are also souvenir shops in the vicinity. The stop at the Farmers Market was good, lots of variety of food choices. The stop at Santa Monica Pier was 45 minutes, just enough to see it and have a walk around, this is a nice stop with lots of good photo opportunities. We then stopped at Venice Beach for 35 minutes. Lots of activity here and lots of souvenir shops, tip is to see Muscle Beach first as we ran out of time to see it. Then the long drive back to Anaheim past Marina Del Ray but driving was too fast to get any decent photos. Tour was good and worth the money and a great way to see all the sights. Driving could’ve been a bit smoother though.
