This was an absolutely amazing tour as we got to see all the amazing sites of Hollywood. Really liked the driver James, he pointed out alot more to see than what the actual brochure offered and allowed us to take pics by pointing the location outs ahead of time and when to have our cameras ready. The only downside is the time that we had at the Hollywood walk of fame landmarks. I would have happily skipped Venice Beach entirely to have a little more time in Hollywood. But a great experience overall, I highly recommend this tour!

The tour was what I expected. I was so grateful that I was not doing the driving. Our driver was a good driver and knowledgeable about the sights. The only reason I did not give it a 5star was because it was a very hot day 113, and the air on the bus gave out. It was because the system probably couldn't handle the extreme condition.

We enjoyed the tour of LA. Lots of information from the guide. The kids loved the stop in Hollywood. A bit expensive when the especially asking for at least 15% tip when the they had already gotten over US$1300 for all of us on the minibus. Maybe the owner should pay there guide more and not ask for more tip.

We appreciate the business and strive hard to give people the best experience. I’m sorry you felt obligated to give gratuity. Tips are not mandatory. We have a lot of visitors from different countries on our tour. Some folks come from countries where tip is not customary and We have had a lot of questions on how much to tip. As a guidance and to clear up some confusion people might have, we have posted the 15% gratuity sign.
