Not on time I got an email saying that the pick up time was between 8:10 and 8:30, so I didn't want to be late and waited at the designated spot at 8:00, but the tour car arrived around 8:50. When I told them that it was different from the agreed time, they just laughed and said they had been picking up people at various places, without even apologizing. I've used various tours in the past, but they've never been late. They usually arrive about 5 minutes early.

Before making the reservation, I asked from Japan if they would pick us up at our hotel, and they replied promptly and courteously. They came to pick us up at the hotel on time, and we had a great time with the other tour members and the driver. Although I can only speak broken English. It was great to be able to tour the main tourist spots in Los Angeles in such a meaningful way! I highly recommend it! Thank you!
