We had booked a swamp kayak tour, but when we woke up, it was raining, windy, and temperatures were in the 40s. Yecch! The reservation specifically stated that they would only refund if it proved dangerous. It wouldn't have, probably, but we decided we had to cancel. When we called, they were incredibly accommodating, and refunded our money within an hour or so! We will be going back to NOLA and we WILL book more tours with these folks!

We had a great, up close and personal tour of the Bayou with our tour guide Josh! We kayaked for over 3 hours through serene protected swampland. Josh was very knowledgeable about the history of the area and the natural habitat around us. We saw half a dozen gators but Josh was very respectful of their space. A great workout and fun action outing. Josh even provides door to door pickup.
