This is not just a tour; it is a great history lesson of the French Quarter and New Orleans in general. The tour guide also throws in 4 - 5 examples of history that ensue in paranormal activity in certain locations. It is a very informative and small (intimate) tour with only 8 people. Roger just spoke to us; no loud voice was needed in this setting. I highly recommend this tour if you are in the New Orleans area!

One of the advantages of our small groups of 8 is that we don't need to scream at you to be heard lol! It definitely contributes to a more intimate setting, especially on the Ghost tour where expert storytellers like Roger don't need to resort to gimmicks to create a spooky atmosphere. We also like to keep our tours as fact based as possible, even in regards to the folklore and legends, because all the figures we discuss are real people who lived and walked these streets at one time. Thanks so much for the rave review! -Brittawnée

Dennis was our guide for this tour. Dennis has tremendous knowledge of the city which he told us comes from personal experience, years of historical research combined with his curiosity for all things French Quarter. As a long time resident of the New Orleans area and an excellent story teller, Dennis taught us a lot about the French Quarter and made things so interesting that the time seemed to fly by. What we learned about the French Quarter left us eager to learn more and motivated to go out adventuring. Dennis’ knowledge makes us want to do that adventuring with the New Orleans Secrets team.

Roger was GREAT and hilarious! He even gave us lots of tips and recommendations for the rest of our trip. The food at all the stops was great! Definitely couldn’t have gone to all these places in one day on my own. The portions were great! I was stuffed by stop 2! I highly recommend this tour!!
