Driver did not stop enough and didn’t offer us drinks until one of the tourist requested it. Breakfast and lunch were great but several cynic views were skipped. The waterfalls were nice but the ocean landscape was better and we didn’t see very much of it

We pride ourselves on the best team of Hawai'i Certified Tour guides, which many reviews, as you can see, will attest to their great wealth of knowledge and experience. We will most surely look into what you have shared with us. There are many places on the Road to Hana that people read about but are difficult to visit. Some locations may have no parking, or they may be on private property, and many are dangerous. It is one reason we designed our custom Luxury Limo-Van to accommodate only 8-guests and have large windows on each side for unobstructed viewing. In honoring the land and this island, we take our visitors to the beautiful places we welcome to visit—for example, Wai'anapanapa State Park and Black Sand Beach. We started our day on time, thanks to everyone arriving promptly. We started on time we had plenty of time to stop for photos, explore along the way, get famous banana bread and coffee, hear all of Scott’s Hawaiian history and anecdotes. The best part was the helicopter back as opposed to having to reverse that 4 1/2 hour van ride back down the mountain.

It is the exact reason we started our small group tour company over 30 years ago with Luxury Limo-Vans with 8 comfortable individual Captains Chairs and large viewing windows. Horrible first stop. No guide, just told us to go down to the left, left, left. Horrible experience. Steep, narrow slippery and rocky. Some couldn’t make it all the way down. I personally fell 3 times and ended up crawling up without seeing the bamboo or waterfall. We were told to come back and go right, right, right. Ridiculous. I wish I had paid more for a decent, comfortable tour. Put in van like sardines. I would never recommend this tour company to anyone. Complete waste of money.

Aloha Theresa, Whoops!!! Theresa, you have posted this review to the wrong tour company. Please get in touch with Temptation Tours to correct your posting. We checked our passenger roster, and you have never traveled with Temptation Tours. We are a luxury land tour company, servicing only 6 to 8 guests, not a hiking company that carries 15 to 18 passengers in their vans. We are sorry you had this unfortunate experience with another tour company but, again, you did not travel with Temptation Tours.
