Our Road to Hana tour with Temptation Tours and led by David Fleetham was an absolute highlight of our visit to Maui. David had cold water and juices available for us all day long as he safely and comfortably drove us through the hundreds of turns and dozens of bridges as we made our way to Hana.    We had briefly entertained the idea of making the drive ourselves, but we are so thankful that we entrusted our trip with David who has been living in Maui for decades. Not only was he great at sharing a lot of the local history, he was also an expert at the local flora and fauna we saw along the way. Everyone single one of our stops was also timed perfectly to avoid the crowds and we had as much time as we needed to enjoy each stop.   The cherry on top of this spectacular trip is that David is also a professional photographer which was an amazing bonus as I had brought along my Canon full-frame camera. He was able to use it take some beautiful shots out the window when there were great photo-ops on the driver side and he also used it for the best family photos we had from our entire vacation. He also gave me some great camera tips as I am still just very much a photography hobbyist. We were incredibly lucky to get paired with David (but I'm sure all the other tour leaders are also great).   Unfortunately, the week after we left Maui, the island was hit by a wildfire that devastated many areas, including destroying much of Lahaina town. It is a heartbreaking tragedy and we hope that Maui is able to recover as quickly as possible.

Great trip! Spacious seating. Sue was our tour guide and she was great! Lot of information about the history of Hawaii, culture and plants! We were able to make some stops to get photos and swim. Breakfast and lunch were very good!

Booked wrong date by accident through viator and called tour company as soon as I realized the mistake and they wouldn't change the date because we were too close to cancelation date. They wouldn't even consider changing and wouldn't issue even a partial refund. Tour sounded wonderful and we were really looking forward to it but not easy to work with at all.

Since you mistakenly booked your original reservation 7 days before you wanted it, we held your spot and turned people away on that day. Our small group Luxury Limo-Vans have a limited capacity to a maximum of 8 guests. It is our understanding that Viator sends a confirmation email after each booking which confirms the date you have booked. We are sorry that this issue could not have been handled at that time when you received the date confirmation. We could have accommodated your change request if you would have realized your mistake in booking the wrong date the week before the told us the date you wanted. If this was not possible, according to the cancellation policy clearly posted on the Viator website, you can cancel up to 24 hours in advance with a full refund. We are a small boutique family-owned and operated company on Maui for 37 years with a stellar reputation that we have earned through hard work and taking care of our visitors. Our 1458 5-star reviews on Tripadvisor and 628 5-Star reviews on Viator will attest to that. Although we are not responsible for your mistake in booking, we understand your disappointment.
