First, the itinerary was different than listed with the booking site, and it did not include any admission tickets. With that said, we did the tour on our first morning in SF, so what we did see was on our list of things we wanted to do. Mike was a fantastic guide. Professional and efficient explaining the sites as we went along. We ended up covering even more ground than anticipated. Mike gave us plenty of time at the photo sites to take pictures and enjoy the views. He even added a couple extra stops for our group which we greatly appreciated. We would not hesitate to recommend this tour to friends and family. It was defiantly one of the top highlights of our trip. Great job Mike!!!

Firstly, I would like to say that this tour does not have a specific route because each driver shows the sights of SF in his own order because it looks like art. But despite the different routes of this tour, tourists see all the main attractions of the city. We appreciate your high ranking of Mike's work and we will be glad to meet you and your friends on our other tours!

Dear Leticia, thanks for your feedback. You write that no one showed up.... On the eve of your tour, I contacted you and explained that due to the circumstances, your tour will be postponed an hour and an hour and a half later the next day. You were offered two options: either a full refund or the tour will begin at 2.40-3.00pm. You've agreed to the second option. The next day, two hours before the appointed time, the manager of our company contacted you and reported a more accurate pickup time - 3-3.10pm due to the traffic in Downtown. Please note that everything was done only for your convenience, so that you do not have to wait for extra time. You agreed again. But at 3 o'clock, 5 minutes before the driver’s arrival, you suddenly demanded a full refund and said that you would not wait. Unfortunately, the traffic in the city does not depend on us or on our driver. He arrived to the pickup point 3 minutes later than scheduled time, called you, but you did not pick up the phone. In addition, I want to note that an employee of our company has been in touch with you all the time. All of the above is confirmed in our texts with you. In any case, we apologize for the inconvenience
