The sites, history, were definitely worthwhile. Casey was very knowledgeable. Downside: too much time stopping for shopping. If you want jewelry or galleries this is the tour for you.

This trip was thoroughly worth it despite us taking the tour on the rare day it rains in December! The sky finally cleared in the afternoon so we got to see the stunning Sedona rocks and the Chapel of the Holy Cross in clear view. Tlaquepaque was so interesting as a former art colony. Montezuma's castle is a feat of ingenuity not to be missed. Our tour guide Tracy was knowledgable, pleasant and accommodating. He worked the trip around the weather as best he could. Detours company communicated very clearly regarding booking, pick up location and time. If you're not used to the speed at which Arizonians drive (We're from Australia where we generally obey the road speed signs!), then hang on to your hat and go with the flow. All round, a great adventure.
