This was such a fun trip! Sam, our tour guide, was excellent with a vast knowledge of the terrain in both geology and history. He encouraged us to ask questions and made the trip entertaining as well as a learning curve - exactly what you want from an experience like this! The scenery is breathtaking and the tour bus is very comfortable with an abundance of bottles of water on hand and there are loads of stops to explore and have toilet breaks. There was a great bunch of people on board and we had some good laughs. I wouldn’t hesitate to book trips with this company, they are very professional and keep you up to date with friendly and accommodating staff from the very minute you book with them.

This experience was well-worth the investment. What made our experience the most worthwhile was the tour guide, Sam. Sam is a very professional individual. He speaks quite intuitively and you can tell is an expert at his craft. He mentioned the fact that being a tour guide is his career and boy is he good at it. Besides the professionalism of Sam, he was fun to be around. He was able to crack jokes, take pictures of us, share personal highlights of his own life and make the tour all-around better. If you are planning to take the Sedona tour, do yourself a favor and ask for Sam. As far as the tour goes, also well-worth the investment. This tour will take you to some exquisite spots where you'll be thanking Detours for the new background on your phones or monitors after the trip. Very beautiful and enjoyable experience. - Jared & Taylor
