My family and I were going to be in the Phoenix, AZ area and decided to make a family vacation out of the reason we were there. I looked for a tour company; someone who could take the stress out of planning what to do and where to go and especially could drive my family of 3 all over the area. I did not want to drive, I wanted to enjoy the views and not have to worry about any navigation! We booked a small group Sedona Red Rock tour and had a great time! Our tour guide, Nathan, was amazing! He kept the small group of us all engaged and interested in the touristy things but he also added a personal touch but adding interesting facts about the cactus - "Cactus Jack" and other stories and legends. This was clearly a great price as well as a great company. We also had the opportunity to add on to our tour using their suggested add on feature. Another tour well worth the investment and family memories. We plan to look for DETOURS of America for our next trip. Look forward to that trip. The Scott Family, Richmond, Virginia.

My wife and I booked with them through Trip Advisor and the day before the excursion they called us to cancel because according to them they had no available spaces, when I made the claim that at the time of booking it was available and they sent me an email confirming The date tells me that since we booked through a third party (trip advisor) and not directly with them, it did not reflect that the itinerary was full for that day and they call me a day before to let us know, when I ask them what other option they give me, He tells me that he could only take us to the Grand Canyon I told him we had already gone on several occasions that I was only interested in those of Sedona Red Rock and he told me that the only thing he could do was a full money refund, they are irresponsible, I will not book with them again

We appreciate your feedback. All of our tours require a guest minimum to operate, as stated on Tripadvisor. We often receive last minute bookings, so that is why we wait to let you know if the tour is a go or not. We do everything we can to switch your date or offer a different tour in the event that the original tour doesn't run. We do hope you will consider us next time you visit as we are top-rated on Tripadvisor and love showing our guests the beautiful red rocks of Sedona. Thank you, Jeff
