This trip to the cliff Montezuma National Monument & Red Rock state park was terrific! The cliff dwellings and red rock formations are awe-inspiring! Our guide, Jason, was engaging and informative. During the ~2 hour drive, he shared interesting facts & folklore about the cultural history and natural history of the different regions from the Sonora desert to the Colorado plateau.

I was looking for a small group tour to Sedona while my husband attended a conference in Phoenix. I found the Detours brochure at the hotel desk and called the office straight away. Victoria was very helpful and I was booked in easily. Pick-up was at our hotel and Jon was very friendly and professional right from the start. He is a great driver and tour guide, very knowledgeable and willing and able to answer questions about a lot of things our group of seven wanted to know. He showed us a few sights before we even got to Sedona, which were fascinating and then the red rocks of Sedona, which are stunning. It's a beautiful area of Arizona and he shared his obvious passion for the place. His recommendations for lunch and drinks were spot-on and we enjoyed the shopping time as well. A special treat was a visit to Jerome, an interesting small town on a hillside with some great history and a great place to stop for icecream and a little more browsing. This tour was a great way to get to see a very pretty part of Arizona, which is not the Grand Canyon, but definitely worth a visit. We might even be back and stay when it's not quite so hot. Thanks, Jon! You did a great job with our group!

Sedona was amazing. I am not usually a fan of group tours but I was surprised at how much I enjoyed it. Sam was very knowledgeable and we learned a lot about the area. In particular, I liked how flexible Sam was at accommodating our different interests.
