This review is for the tour company to read. Our tour guide, Montana, did a fantastic job. He was very informative on the Tombstone history. He made sure to answer all questions and to keep all 6 of us hydrated due to the hot weather. This was the highlight having him as our guide and making us feel like family. Now why did I give it only two stars? 1. The van ran out of gas midway to our destination. Luckily Montana was able to get off of the expressway and we were stopped on the ramp. It was 110F sitting in the Ford Transit Connect Van in the sun. By luck there was a gas station three blocks away and Montatnaran to get enough gas to allow him to get the van refuled. The guage on the van showed 60 miles left before it needed to be refuled. Well ....... that was false which was no fault of Montana. We proceeded to our destination. 2. It was agreed that 3 1/2 hours in Tombstone with 117F was too long. 3. Unfortunatley the air conditioning in this van was useless. It was 117F outside and the van temperature with 84.5F I took a reading with the air on! All six passengers with extremelly uncomfortable and wet from sweating. I understand that it was hot outside, but to allow this to happen is shameful. Montana did whatever he could but faulty equipment got the best of this tour. Montana you did a fantastic job, thank you! Detours, may I suggest that you look into this before potential clients detour to a different vendor!
This was a very interesting, fun, and full tour. Montana kept everyone well entertained with his stories and insights about the places we visited and their history.
Montana was throughly engaging and very informative. This trip is highly recommended. So glad we went.
